Designed by Kushiaana, a UK-based illustrator who uses design to explore and reflect on her British Punjabi heritage and its influence on identity and self-expression. Kush says, “I really wanted a bold illustration that showcased Diwali in a joyful, fun and contemporary light, whilst still paying homage to the traditional imagery of the festival.”
