A calming blend of lavender and German chamomile flowers to help you drift into a soothing sleep. Wrapped in biodegradable muslin, Deep Sleep creates an infusion in the warm water to create a hypnotic bathwater blend.

How to use:
When you need to switch off and relax, run your bath and add this hypnotic lavender and neroli bath bomb. Drop in complete with the muslin cloth.

How to store:
Keep cool and dry until you feel the need for some serious soothing.

Did you know?
Lavender can help reduce stress levels and therefore relax to help you sleep much better. How this works, remains unclear. One suggestion is that a major component of lavender oil, linalool, produces a sedative effect.
